Team members are encouraged to share best practices and develop innovative teaching methods that enhance student outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IB Tutor role based in Singapore. The IB Tutor will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum, provide individualized support, and help students prepare for internal assessments and final examinations. Daily tasks include explaining complex concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing practice work, offering constructive feedback, and monitoring student progress. The tutor will collaborate with other educators to ensure consistent academic standards, communicate regularly with students and families about performance, and maintain accurate records of lesson plans and achievements. Participation in training sessions, curriculum discussions, and occasional school or center events is also expected.QualificationsStrong subject-matter expertise in one or more IB disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, Languages).Proven ability to explain complex ideas clearly, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and support students preparing for IB assessments and exams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, with a student-centered and inclusive teaching approach.Ability to work full time on-site in Singapore, demonstrate professionalism, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.Contact:eduastra.sg@gmail.com
