IBM BAW Developer

Job SummaryWe are looking for an IBM BAW Developer with hands-on experience in IBM BAW / IBM BPM to develop and support business process workflows and automation solutions. Develop and maintain BPM/BAW workflows and process applications. Design and develop BPDs, Human Services, Coaches, and Integration Services. Automate business processes and implement business rules. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Work with databases, SQL, and stored procedures. Support testing, deployment, go-live, and production issues.Troubleshoot and enhance existing BAW applications.Work closely with business and technical teams.Requirements 2+ years of experience in IBM BAW / IBM BPM.Strong hands-on experience in BPD and workflow development.Experience with Human Services, Coaches, and Integration Services.Knowledge of process automation and business rules.Experience with REST/SOAP and database integration.Good knowledge of SQL.Experience with deployment and production support.Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
