Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IBM Security Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Security Verify and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, configuring, and supporting IBM security solutions for enterprise customers.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Access, authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, and enterprise IAM integrations. Professional Services and customer-facing consulting experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, configure, and support IBM Security Verify solutions.Deploy and administer IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) environments.Conduct customer discovery sessions and gather security and IAM requirements.Design IAM architectures aligned with customer business and security requirements.Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation solutions.Configure authentication and authorization policies.Implement and integrate SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication.Integrate IBM Security Verify with enterprise applications, directories, and identity providers.Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and integration issues.Perform security assessments, environment reviews, and solution health checks.Support IBM Security Verify upgrades, migrations, deployments, and optimization.Develop technical designs, architecture documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures.Conduct customer workshops, technical demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams.Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Identify opportunities to improve IAM security, automation, and operational efficiency.Required Technical SkillsIBM Security VerifyIBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)IBM Security Verify SaaS / Cloud – preferredIdentity & Access Management (IAM)Single Sign-On (SSO)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Identity FederationAuthentication & AuthorizationSAML 2.0OAuth 2.0OpenID Connect (OIDC)LDAP / Active DirectoryREST APIsSCIM / Identity ProvisioningAccess PoliciesApplication IntegrationAPI SecurityIBM Security SkillsIBM Security Verify Access deployment and configurationIBM Security Verify authentication policiesIBM Security Verify federationIBM Security Verify Access GatewayReverse proxy configurationWebSEAL – preferredIBM Security Directory / LDAPIdentity provider and service-provider integrationTroubleshooting and log analysisSecurity policy configurationHigh Availability and disaster-recovery conceptsProfessional Services & Consulting SkillsCustomer requirements gathering and technical discovery.IAM solution architecture and design.Preparation of HLD, LLD, implementation plans, migration plans, and technical documentation.Customer workshops and technical presentations.Solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.Implementation and deployment planning.Technical issue and risk management.Knowledge transfer and customer training.Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management.Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities.Required Experience5–8+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, identity security, or security consulting.Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify / IBM Security Verify Access.Experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.Strong understanding of SSO, federation, authentication, and authorization.Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and REST APIs.Experience in Professional Services / Consulting environments is strongly preferred.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
