Job Title: IBM Safer Payments ConsultantLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Contract: 1-Year RenewableKey ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments.Manage fraud detection rules, workflows, and scoring models.Provide production support, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Support system integrations, upgrades, UAT, and deployments.Collaborate with business, fraud, and technology teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.5+ years of IBM Safer Payments experience in banking/financial services.Strong knowledge of fraud rule management and payment processing.Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, APIs, and web services.Knowledge of ISO 8583 is preferred.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
