Greeting from Linnk Group!!!Job Title : IBM Safer Payments Support & Implementation SpecialistLocation: Saudi ArabiaContract: Yearly RenewableExperience: 5+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IBM Safer Payments Specialist to implement, support, and optimize fraud prevention solutions for a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments.Provide production/L2-L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.Configure and optimize fraud rules, scenarios, workflows, and scoring models.Support integrations with payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems.Participate in UAT, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support.Perform root cause analysis and system performance monitoring.RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of hands-on IBM Safer Payments experience.Strong knowledge of fraud detection and payment processing.Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL.Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration.Understanding of ISO 8583 is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.📩 If you are interested in for the role, please do share your CV to Athira.AR@linnk.com
