ICT / ELV BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models for ICT and ELV systems in accordance with project requirements.Prepare technical layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and coordinated design drawings.Model and produce drawings for the following systems:Structured Cabling and ICT ContainmentCCTV and Access Control SystemsFire Alarm and Voice Evacuation SystemsIntercom SystemsVESDA SystemsAudio Visual and Public Address SystemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)Develop detailed containment layouts, including cable trays, ladders, and conduits.Coordinate ICT/ELV models with Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and Fire & Life Safety disciplines.Perform clash detection and support coordination and resolution using Revit and Navisworks.Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for design and construction stages.Revise and update BIM models and drawings based on engineering feedback and coordination requirements.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.Assist in preparing tender, construction, and as-built drawings as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ICT/ELV BIM modelling and design production.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Navisworks.Good understanding of ICT/ELV systems, containment layouts, and multidisciplinary coordination.Familiarity with BIM standards, engineering drawings, and project documentation.Experience in data centre projects is highly preferred.
