Define and govern the enterprise IT infrastructure strategy, including cloud platform, networking, data center and integration architecture. Ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions that enable business operations and digital innovation and are aligned to the Group IT target operating model. Drive cost-effective infrastructure investments and oversee platform standardization and continuous optimization. Provide strategic oversight and assurance on infrastructure-related initiatives to enable scalable, secure, and future-ready digital and AI capabilities.Infrastructure & Cloud StrategyResponsibilities and Accountabilities: Define infrastructure and cloud platform architecture strategy, including multi-cloud, hybrid, network, compute, storage, and integration patternsEstablish architecture principles and technology roadmaps for infrastructure scalability and resilience.Develop and enforce cloud platform standards, access management policies, vendor governance, and infrastructure security baselinesEnsure platform compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.Design integration frameworks across ICT systems, ensuring interoperability, API management, and standardization of middleware and connectivity across enterprise applications.Monitor platform performance, reliability and scalabilityImplement cost optimization practices (FinOps) to control cloud and data center expenditures and oversee platform performance analytics and reporting.Define and govern business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for infrastructure and cloud services and ensure robust backup and recovery capabilities and periodic testing to meet service-level objectives.Manage relationships with strategic infrastructure vendors, cloud service providers and partners. If required, negotiate service agreements and ensure alignment with enterprise infrastructure goals.IT Governance FrameworkResponsibilities and Accountabilities: Establish and govern IT infrastructure governance policiesDevelop and enforce infrastructure, cloud, data center and network standardsImplement access control and security policies and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and business continuity regulations;Embed health & safety, security, and risk-management considerations into IT infrastructure operationsCollaborate with relevant governance bodies to align ICT infrastructure governance with enterprise and regulatory standards.Group IT Operations Governance Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Define and govern the Group-wide IT operations framework, including incident, problem, change, request, asset, configuration, service continuity and availability management. Establish Group ITSM / ITIL standards, service management policies, escalation models and operating cadences across ENEC and subsidiaries. Define the Group service desk governance model, including service catalogue standards, communication protocols, escalation rules, SLA / OLA structures and end-user experience KPIs. Govern operational resilience standards, including monitoring, observability, backup, recovery, major incident management and service continuity readiness. Provide assurance over the Operating Company CIO organization’s delivery of infrastructure and operations services against Group standards. Define operational reporting dashboards covering service availability, incident trends, change success rate, capacity, service performance, vendor performance and user satisfaction. Govern end-user experience strategy, internal customer touchpoints, feedback channels and continuous improvement mechanisms.Stakeholder Collaboration and EngagementResponsibilities and Accountabilities: Work closely with CIO organization and business unit leaders to align infrastructure initiatives with operational needsCoordinate with CIO organization to ensure infrastructure delivery meets business and compliance requirementsDevelop communication plans to articulate infrastructure improvements and impactsMaintain internal relationships across all ENEC departments and subsidiaries and external engagement with vendors and suppliers as needed.Innovation and Continuous Improvement Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Foster a culture of infrastructure innovation by conducting technology scouting and trend analysis; encourage continuous improvement through elimination of waste, adherence to operations procedures, problem solving and teamwork; Monitor infrastructure performance and adjust strategies; comply with Quality Management System policies and procedures, striving to meet infrastructure quality standards and stakeholder expectations; Provide constructive feedback to teams to support continuous improvement.Education Qualifications and Experience: Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field10–12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, network and data center management, with 4 years in a managerial roleExperience in consulting or large-scale IT infrastructure program management preferred.Cloud FinOps experience transformation deliveryPreferred - Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Digital Transformation, or a related field.Postgraduate qualification in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, Digital Strategy, or Technology Management.Certifications - Minimum - Certification in a leading cloud platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).IT service management or infrastructure certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, or equivalent).Preferred - Advanced cloud certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent). IT governance certification (e.g., COBIT, CRISC, or equivalent). Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent).
