Job Title: Pre-Sales DirectorLocation: Riyadhlanguage: Bilingual: Arabic & English is a MUSTAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Pre-Sales Director to spearhead our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This position requires a strong network within the local System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Subcontractor ecosystems in ICT industry. You will act as the vital bridge between our global technology solutions and the local partners who deploy them.Key Responsibilities1. Channel & Resource Development Leverage and manage local System Integrators (SIs), consultants, and specialized subcontractors.Drive joint go-to-market strategies with local partners; facilitate co-selling and joint bidding on large-scale projects.Provide technical enablement and product training to empower our channel partners' sales and engineering teams.2. Technical Pre-Sales & SolutioningConduct high-level technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for both direct enterprise clients and partner-led accounts.Develop comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tailored to KSA market requirements.Support the full bid lifecycle, including responding to RFPs/RFQs and navigating the Etimad portal requirements.3. Market Strategy & Local ComplianceAdvise on localization requirements, Saudization (Nitaqat) implications, and "Local Content" incentives to ensure our bids are competitive.Gather intelligence on competitor activities and pricing within the KSA ICT landscape.RequirementsLanguage: Arabic proficiency and fluent EnglishExperience: Minimum 5 years in the KSA ICT sectorTechnical Skills: Proficiency inHLD/LLD drafting, and proposal writing.
