Job PurposeThe Senior ICT Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, integration, migration, testing, troubleshooting, and handover of enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Network Security, Network Access Control (NAC), and Enterprise Networking solutions across complex customer environments.The role participates throughout the complete technical solution lifecycle, from customer discovery and detailed design through deployment, migration, acceptance testing, documentation, and operational handover.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on implementation and troubleshooting capabilities across multi-vendor enterprise technologies, with proven experience delivering large-scale solutions supporting 5,000+ users across greenfield, brownfield, migration, and technology-refresh projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Technical DiscoveryParticipate in customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.Translate customer technical requirements into implementable enterprise ICT solutions.Prepare technical documentation including BOQ/BOM, HLD, LLD, SDD, Method of Procedure (MOP), implementation plans, migration plans, rollback procedures, and as-built documentation.Implementation & System IntegrationDeploy, configure, integrate, and migrate enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Network Security, NAC, and networking solutions.Execute platform migrations, software upgrades, technology refreshes, and lifecycle-management activities.Integrate multi-vendor platforms across complex enterprise customer environments.Support greenfield and brownfield deployments.Testing & AcceptanceDevelop and execute technical testing and validation procedures.Perform FAT, SAT, UAT, and customer acceptance testing.Ensure implemented solutions meet approved designs, technical specifications, and customer requirements.Troubleshooting & OptimizationDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Voice, SIP signaling, Contact Center, Security, Routing, Authentication, and Enterprise Networking.Perform system health checks, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis across production environments.Work closely with OEM TAC teams, technology vendors, and internal engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.Customer Handover & SupportDeliver technical knowledge-transfer sessions and operational handover to customer teams.Produce comprehensive implementation and as-built documentation.Participate in planned maintenance windows, migrations, and critical technical support activities when required.Technical ExpertiseVoice, Unified Communications & Contact CenterHands-on implementation and support similar technical environments.Proven hands-on experience implementing enterprise Voice/Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Network Security solutions.Experience delivering or supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ users.Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation, migration, integration, or technology-refresh projects.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.Strong technical documentation skills, including HLD, LLD, MOP, migration and rollback documentation.Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred
