The ICT Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Information Technology and Computer Science, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves integrating technology into teaching, managing classroom resources, supporting students of varying abilities, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives. The ICT Teacher will also participate in meetings, professional development activities, and contribute to a positive school culture.Qualifications Candidates should be a qualified teacher with recognized teaching credentials and experience in classroom instruction.Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Computer Science, with the ability to teach core ICT concepts and practical applications.Candidates should have proven lesson planning and curriculum implementation skills, including the ability to design differentiated and engaging ICT lessons.Candidates should demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ICT concepts to learners of different levels.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a teaching license or equivalent qualification is preferred.Experience teaching in an international or diverse school setting is beneficial, as is familiarity with modern educational technology and learning platforms.Strong classroom management skills, a student-centered approach, and commitment to inclusive and equitable teaching practices.Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning in ICT.
