The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power and is scheduled to be operational in 2026.Role OverviewThe ID Department Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Technical Services Team, ensuring the delivery of high standards of customer care and service related to the issuance of NGHC identity cards, temporary visitor and employment passes, and vehicle passes, while maintaining regulatory compliance at all times.The successful candidate will support the NGHC Technical Services Lead in implementing all security obligations under the NGHC Site Access Control Procedure. The role includes reviewing government documentation, issuing access credentials, monitoring expiration dates, and revoking access when required.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue all types of NGHC identity cards.Issue temporary visitor and employment passes.Issue temporary vehicle passes.Request criminal records checks when required.Input accurate and timely information into the NGHC ID / Access Control System.Ensure expired ID cards are cancelled upon notification from the relevant departments.Maintain a clear audit trail for all access privileges granted to ID holders.Update and maintain records throughout the validity period of each ID.Learn and operate the NGHC ID / Access Control System and resolve issues related to the badging process.Ensure accurate badge entries, printing, and distribution.Arrive on shift on time and prepared for duty.Adhere to the NGHC Security Code of Conduct.Maintain knowledge of post orders, assignment instructions, and SOPs.Perform all assigned security and administrative duties.Actively contribute as a team member and perform duties to a high standard.Skills & CompetenciesProfessional and enthusiastic attitude.Strong verbal communication skills.Knowledge of NGHC policies, procedures, and operational instructions.Disciplined, professional, and customer-focused approach.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Ability to recognize the limits of authority and escalate issues appropriately.Mentally and physically capable of performing assigned duties.Qualifications & Experience:EducationHigh school certificate.Additional technical or academic training is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of verifiable work experience.Experience with security-related computer systems and access control software.Strong problem-solving skills.Customer service experience and a positive attitude toward welcoming visitors and employees onsite.Language & Technical RequirementsGood working knowledge of English with strong communication skills.Ability to communicate and write accurately in Arabic.Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft applications.Preferred ExperienceStrong understanding of implementing policies and procedures.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of the operational requirements within the security industry.Personal QualitiesHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and respectfulness.Ability to work independently following training.Strong listening and communication skills.Willingness to learn and develop.Ability to observe, record, and report accurately.Additional RequirementsMust hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid security license.Ability to provide a two-year verifiable employment history.Completion of required government medical tests and police clearance checks.
