Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We're Hiring | IAM Specialist — Identity & Access Management, 2 Openings (Saudi Nationals Only) We are looking for two IAM Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team supporting a leading government entity in Riyadh (on-site). What you'll do: - Manage the full identity lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) and automated provisioning workflows - Review and track access requests, ensuring proper approvals and governance - Run access certification campaigns and remediate orphaned, inactive, and over-privileged accounts - Manage and enforce MFA, and investigate authentication failures and suspicious access attempts - Govern privileged access (PAM): session monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege, and segregation of duties - Support audits with identity governance reporting and periodic operational reports What we're looking for: - Saudi national - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field - 6+ years of experience in IAM governance, engineering, or administration - Hands-on experience with IGA, PAM, and enterprise IAM platforms - Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access control models - Practical experience with Zero Trust principles and modern authentication - Certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, or Microsoft Identity Apply directly through LinkedIn. #Hiring #Cybersecurity #IAM #IdentityManagement #PAM #Riyadh #SaudiArabia
