Role Description This is a full-time on-site Identity and Access Management (IAM) role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The IAM specialist will design, implement, and manage access control policies and identity governance processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering identity lifecycle management, configuring authentication tools, monitoring system security, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with various internal departments to ensure secure access across platforms. Qualifications Experience in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Control Policies, and Identity GovernanceProficiency in implementing and managing IAM solutions, including tools and frameworks such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Strong skills in compliance, auditing measures, and adhering to regulatory standardsHigh-level analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with managing IAM systems in large-scale environments is a plusFluency in English and Arabic is preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous
