With our ability to analyze and resolve technically complex problems, we generate real value in the industry and develop reliable, sustainable solutions.A career at Cyberwise is more than just a job — it’s a journey filled with growth, impact, and inspiration.We offer an environment where you can showcase your talents, make a difference with your ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of cybersecurity.Throughout your application process, we respect your potential and look forward to getting to know you better. #FollowTheWise ❤Join us on this journey — let’s leave a mark together!We are looking for an Identity Security Consultant to join our technical team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support CyberArk PAM environments, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, platforms, and privileged accountsPerform CyberArk solution installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and periodic maintenance activitiesManage account onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, password rotation, session monitoring, and access workflowsConfigure and maintain CyberArk connectors and integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ITSM, SIEM, and other enterprise systemsSupport CyberArk Identity capabilities such as SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and application integrationsManage CyberArk EPM agents, policies, application controls, privilege-elevation rules, and endpoint security configurationsApply IAM governance, least-privilege, privileged-access security, and Zero Trust principles across solution designs and operational processesMonitor platform health, identify root causes, and resolve operational and technical issues within agreed SLA targetsSupport disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and security-hardening activitiesDeliver CyberArk workshops, proof-of-concept studies, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for customer teamsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation recordsCollaborate with internal technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholdersEnsure that all solutions comply with security policies, audit requirements, and CyberArk best practiceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutionsPractical knowledge of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and/or CyberArk PAM Self-HostedExperience with CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, DR Vault, Safes, platforms, and connectorsExperience working in large-scale enterprise or managed-service environmentsKnowledge of CyberArk Identity and Endpoint Privilege Manager is highly preferredSolid understanding of IAM governance, privileged-access security, least-privilege principles, and Zero Trust architectureExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, and authentication protocolsFamiliarity with REST APIs, PowerShell, scripting, and automation is an advantageCyberArk certifications such as CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian are highly preferredStrong troubleshooting, analytical-thinking, and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to manage technical responsibilities independently in a customer-facing environmentStrong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-communication skillsProfessional proficiency in EnglishCurrent UAE residency or willingness and availability to relocate to Dubai
