قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in logistics automated warehouse operations, process optimization, and lean improvement. In this key role, you will design and implement efficient warehouse operation processes, drive the planning and execution of automation projects, and continuously enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience through lean methodologies. Experience with overseas projects is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall planning, solution design, and delivery management of warehouse automation projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑budget completion.Analyze and optimize warehouse operation processes; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs); drive the implementation of “standard work” across all business regions.Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) methods for process improvement, including layout optimization, flow path analysis, time measurement, capacity planning, and related initiatives.Drive functional requirements communication and development support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring high alignment between system capabilities and business needs.Establish and monitor key operational metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy, inventory turnover, space utilization) to enable data‑driven operational decision‑making.Organize and deliver training on lean production, continuous improvement (Kaizen), PDCA cycles, and related tools; foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.Support overseas business expansion by providing technical solution designs, client communication, and project implementation assistance.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including customer supply chain, IT, operations, and solutions to drive end‑to‑end logistics network optimization and synergy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Mechanical Automation, or a related field.8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, process optimization, or automation project management, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.Solid understanding of warehouse business processes; proven experience in WMS functional design and development support.Deep knowledge of lean production, standard work, continuous improvement, and other IE tools/methodologies, with a track record of successful project implementation.Hands‑on experience in planning and delivering warehouse automation projects (e.g., AMR, AS/RS), with the ability to independently design solutions and engage with clients.Strong data analysis skills, with practical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for operational data analysis and modeling.Excellent cross‑functional communication and project management abilities; comfortable working in a multi‑task, high‑pressure environment.Fluent in English; experience working or supporting overseas projects (e.g., Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Americas) is highly preferred.Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
