• Full-time: Monday – Friday (14:00 – 21:00)
• Part-time: Flexible hours based on class schedules🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive instruction across all 4 Academic IELTS skills and academic writing (1-on-1 and small group settings).
• Coach critical thinking, essay structure, exam techniques, and command-word analysis based on official rubrics.
• Develop personalized learning plans and maintain regular student progress reports.💼 Remuneration & Benefits:
• Full-time: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month + KPI performance bonuses.
• Part-time: Highly competitive hourly rate (above market standard) + milestone bonuses.
• Professional development: Induction training, sponsored exam board workshops, and fast-track pathways to Academic Lead / Program Manager.📌 Requirements:
• IELTS 7.5+ overall (or native/near-native fluency, former international students).
• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, Linguistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS/academic English to secondary/high school students.
• Strong professional ethics and commitment to student safeguarding.
