The organization focuses on providing reliable guidance, counseling, and support services to help individuals achieve their international education goals.Role Description The IELTS & English Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sialkot. The teacher will deliver IELTS preparation and general English classes, using structured lesson plans that address listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate student records. The teacher will also develop or adapt teaching materials, support students with exam strategies and time management, and collaborate with office staff to ensure a positive and professional learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience delivering IELTS or general English courses.Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design effective, learner-centered curricula and classroom activities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and provide supportive feedback.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field are preferred.Professional certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or IELTS teaching credentials) and prior experience in a language institute or school will be advantageous.Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use modern teaching aids, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity when working with learners from varied backgrounds.
