In this position, the instructor delivers interactive lessons focused on IELTS and PTE exam preparation, covering listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Typical responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting mock tests, and providing structured feedback to help learners improve their performance. The instructor monitors student progress, adapts teaching methods to diverse learning needs, and maintains accurate records of attendance and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with counseling staff to align language training with students’ study abroad goals and maintaining a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at varying proficiency levels.Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS and PTE exam preparation, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and effective exam strategies.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented lessons and create relevant teaching materials.Candidates should possess Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certification is preferred.Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate learners and provide constructive feedback.Previous experience preparing students for standardized English proficiency tests is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, maintain professional punctuality, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.Proven Ability to Improve Student Band Scores.Comfortable & Confident Appearing in Marketing Videos.
