Based in Lahore, BADA Global.edu focuses on personalized counseling and practical support to help individuals achieve their global education goals.Role Description The IELTS and PTE Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of IELTS and PTE preparation programs, including scheduling classes, maintaining student records, and coordinating with instructors. Responsibilities include counseling prospective students about test requirements, advising on suitable preparation plans, and assisting with registrations and documentation. The role involves monitoring student progress, organizing mock tests, and ensuring timely feedback and support. The coordinator will also handle communication with students and parents, address queries, and contribute to improving the overall quality and efficiency of test preparation services.Qualifications Strong understanding of IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.Experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or education consulting, preferably in test preparation or study-abroad services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.Solid organizational and time-management skills for handling schedules, records, and multiple student cases simultaneously.Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for managing data, communication, and online resources.Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or test preparation are an advantage.Prior experience working in Lahore’s education sector or with international education services is a plus.
