Sagar Consultants focuses on personalized counseling, ensuring that each student receives tailored guidance and reliable support throughout their overseas education journey.Role Description The IELTS Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand. The faculty member will deliver high-quality IELTS training across all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), using structured lesson plans and practice materials aligned with current test formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, assessing student performance, providing individualized feedback, and developing strategies to help learners achieve their target band scores. The role also involves creating and updating teaching content, organizing mock tests, maintaining accurate student progress records, and coordinating with counseling and administrative teams to support overall student success.Qualifications Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing.Experience in teaching or training, preferably in IELTS, English language tests, or related exam preparation.Ability to design lesson plans, develop teaching materials, and use varied instructional techniques to engage learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work patiently with diverse student backgrounds.Comfort with classroom management, student assessment, and providing constructive performance feedback.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant certifications in ESL/IELTS training are an advantage.Familiarity with current IELTS exam patterns, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies.Proficiency with basic computer tools and digital resources for teaching, testing, and reporting.Demonstrated reliability, professional ethics, and a student-centered approach to teaching.Prior experience in international education or test-prep institutes in Gujarat or similar markets is a plus.
