IELTS INSTRUCTORFresh Graduates Welcome to Apply!📍 Location: Gading Serpong, Tangerang💼 Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid💰 Compensation: IDR 4,500,000–7,500,000/month or IDR 75,000–125,000/hourABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate IELTS Instructor to join our team in Gading Serpong.This opportunity is open to motivated fresh graduates with strong English proficiency who are passionate about teaching and helping high school and university students achieve their target IELTS scores for overseas study or work.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging lessons covering all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Teach IELTS test-taking techniques, question structures, and time-management strategies.
• Evaluate mock tests, grade essays, and provide constructive feedback based on IELTS scoring criteria.
• Conduct one-on-one speaking practice and provide real-time performance feedback.
• Track student progress and communicate feedback to students or parents when needed.REQUIREMENTS
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum IELTS overall Band Score of 6.5+, supported by an official test result or institutional mock test certificate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Approachable and engaging teaching style.
• High attention to detail.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous tutoring, peer tutoring, teaching internship, or relevant organizational experience.
• Basic familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
