The team is committed to building long-term trust and delivering a smooth, well-informed journey from initial inquiry to successful enrollment abroad.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for IELTS Instructors based in Faisalabad. The role involves planning and delivering interactive IELTS preparation classes, covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. Instructors will assess learners’ language proficiency, provide detailed feedback on practice tests and assignments, and track progress against target band scores. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans and practice materials, conducting mock tests, and organizing doubt-clearing and speaking practice sessions. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting learners with exam registration queries, and coordinating with the counseling team to align test preparation with study abroad plans.Qualifications Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing.Experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams, with a clear understanding of test formats and scoring criteria.Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop practice exercises, and adapt teaching methods to varied learning styles.Skills in assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and setting realistic improvement goals.Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of learners.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage.Comfort using digital tools for presentations, test practice, and tracking learner progress.Prior experience in test prep centers or study abroad consulting environments is beneficial.
