Professionals joining PTE Magic become part of a mission-driven team focused on quality education and learner success.Role Description The IELTS Language Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality online IELTS instruction to learners preparing for academic and immigration pathways. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting engaging lessons that cover Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules, aligning content with current IELTS standards and test formats. The trainer will assess learner performance through practice tests, assignments, and feedback sessions, and provide individualized guidance to help learners improve their scores. The role involves designing and updating teaching materials, contributing to online courses and resources, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure consistent teaching quality and learner satisfaction. The trainer is also expected to maintain accurate learner progress records and use digital platforms effectively for communication, assessment, and content delivery.QualificationsAlready took IELTS and have 8.0 score. Strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated experience delivering IELTS or similar English proficiency exam preparation.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured curricula, learning activities, and assessments for diverse proficiency levels.Background or familiarity with Literature and academic English, supporting development of advanced reading and writing skills for exam contexts.Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level or equivalent), with clear communication, feedback, and presentation skills in online environments.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are highly beneficial.Experience teaching IELTS or other standardized English tests, preferably in online or blended learning formats.Comfort with digital teaching tools, learning management systems, and online communication platforms; ability to work independently in a remote setting.Commitment to learner-centered teaching, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development in language education.
