We’re looking for passionate and skilled mentors to join Akasia Education.RequirementsA minimum IELTS Overall Band Score of 7.5, with a minimum score of 7.0 in each section.Strong understanding of the IELTS test format, assessment criteria, and effective preparation strategies.Strong understanding of English grammar and the ability to explain concepts clearly to students.Minimum of one year of teaching experience, either formally or informally.Ability to create an interactive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, Google Docs, and Canva.Patient, communicative, and motivating, especially when supporting students throughout their IELTS preparation.Monthly compensation ranging from IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 5,000,000, depending on teaching load and performance.ResponsibilitiesTeach all four IELTS sections via Google Meet: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.Follow the curriculum and teaching guidelines provided by Akasia Education.Guide students through lessons and practice activities using the provided materials and question bank.Assign homework regularly to reinforce lesson materials and support students’ progress.Review students’ assignments and provide detailed, constructive feedback, particularly on Writing and Speaking tasks.Help students understand the IELTS assessment criteria and identify areas for improvement.Adapt teaching strategies based on students’ target scores, progress, and learning needs.Build students’ confidence through guided practice, mock tests, and personalized feedback.Application Deadline: September 27, 2026Apply Here: s.id/AkasiaMentorRecruitment-IELTSFor further inquiries, please contact us through: WA 0814-4532-0316 (Minka)
