IELTS/PTE Faculty

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS/PTE Faculty role based at Leap GeeBee Education in Vadodara. The faculty member will conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for IELTS and PTE aspirants, focusing on listening, reading, writing, and speaking modules. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, assigning and evaluating practice tests, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve their scores. The role involves tracking student progress, maintaining academic records, and offering individual guidance on exam strategies, time management, and language skill development. The faculty will collaborate with the counseling team to ensure students receive holistic support, participate in academic workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methods.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English language skills, including advanced proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.Candidates should possess test-preparation expertise, such as in IELTS and/or PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and proven strategies to improve band/score outcomes.Candidates should possess teaching and classroom management skills, including lesson planning, learner-centric instruction, and the ability to handle diverse proficiency levels.Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear explanation of concepts, empathetic student support, and collaborative work with colleagues.Candidates should possess assessment and feedback skills, including designing practice tasks, evaluating performance, and giving actionable improvement guidance.Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification or formal training in ESL/ELT is an advantage.Candidates should have prior experience training students for English proficiency exams or in language teaching; familiarity with overseas education processes is beneficial.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Vadodara, maintaining professional ethics, punctuality, and a student-focused approach.
