The team is dedicated to simplifying the study abroad journey and empowering students at every step of their international education path.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS/PTE Instructor role based in Multan. The instructor will deliver high-quality IELTS and PTE preparation classes, focusing on listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills, and adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include planning and updating lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assigning and reviewing practice tasks and mock tests, and providing detailed feedback to help learners improve their scores. The role also involves monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, guiding learners on test formats and strategies, and collaborating with the counseling team to align language training with students’ study abroad goals. The instructor is expected to contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support diverse learners.Proficiency in IELTS exam preparation, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and effective test-taking strategies.Experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL/TESOL) or similar, preferably with adult or exam-focused learners.Competence in Lesson Planning, including designing structured courses, practice activities, and assessment materials.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.Relevant certification or degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; IELTS/PTE trainer certification is an advantage.Strong classroom management skills, patience, and a student-centered approach to teaching.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, online practice platforms) and willingness to use technology in teaching.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support Global Aspirations’ mission of helping students achieve international education goals.
