Gogozing Philippines OPC is the Filipino arm of the Gogozing Group, which includes Gogozing Migration and Gogozing HR Solutions. We are looking for staff to join our Filipino team to help support our operations. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated IELTS Teacher & Education Projects Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation and student support to students in Mongolia, while contributing to education projects and business development activities connected to English language study tours to the Philippines. The position is intended to support both current student outcomes and the organisation’s longer-term education partnerships. Weekly duties may therefore vary according to class enrolments, academic requirements and project priorities, while remaining within the agreed 20-hour weekly workload.Title: IELTS Teacher/Educational Projects CoordinatorCompensation: P30,000-40,000 per month + Benefits and commissions (negotiable based on skills and experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays possible depending on client schools schedule)Time: Afternoon/Evening shift (depends on client's school schedule)Holidays: TBAPaid time off: 10 sick/10 vacation leaves (After Probation Period)Work location: Work from homeOpportunities for paid overtimeBenefits after the probation period:· SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil Health, 13th Month Pay· HMO· Opportunities to work aboard (Mongolia)Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an IELTS Teacher & Education Projects Coordinator . The successful candidate will be responsible for 16-20hrs of online teaching/week and basic adminstrative student support. The remaining workload will be dedicated towards practical project coordination, content development, provider liaison and preparation for prospective student programs and other value driven initiatives for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesIELTS Teaching and Academic Support• Deliver engaging IELTS lessons covering Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.• Prepare lessons in accordance with the centre’s curriculum and student needs.• Mark assignments, mock tests and practice examinations and provide timely, constructive feedback.• Monitor student progress, attendance and academic performance and maintain accurate records.• Provide academic guidance designed to improve student confidence and target band-score performance. Philippines Education Project Coordination• Support planning and development of Philippines-based education programs and short-term study experiences.• Assist with preparation for the proposed 2027 Philippines study tours, subject to the program proceeding.• Research and liaise with suitable English-language schools, education providers, accommodation providers, transport operators and activity providers.• Obtain and organise indicative quotations, program information, schedules and supplier details for management review.• Assist with draft itineraries, student orientation information, local logistics, emergency/contact information and operational checklists.• Where authorised, conduct local site visits or virtual inspections and provide photos, videos or written observations to support program planning.• Act as a local liaison point between the organisation, participating education partners and approved Philippine service providers.Student Engagement and Study Tour Development• Identify common student questions and interests relating to English study in the Philippines.• Support information sessions, pre-departure preparation and English-language orientation for prospective study-tour participants.• Assist with collection of student feedback and non-sensitive program requirements for planning purposes.• Support appropriate conversion of existing English/IELTS students into future education programs without compromising academic integrity or student welfare.Marketing and Content• Create or contribute to useful IELTS and Philippines education content.• Record short educational or promotional videos, including social-media content, when reasonably required.• Support student recruitment events, information sessions and promotional campaigns.• Assist with documenting approved Philippine schools, destinations and activities for future marketing materials.• Represent the organisation professionally in person, online and when communicating with partners.About youLocated in Metro Manila or Pampanga (Clark and surrounding areas)Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience teaching English, preferably IELTS, academic English, or examination preparationStrong understanding of IELTS Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking and how students can improve their band scoresIELTS Overall Band Score of 8.0 or above is preferred but not essential; applicants with strong IELTS teaching experience and demonstrated success in improving student outcomes will also be considered.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong English writing skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and constructive feedback on student workStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailComfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to improve teaching, lesson preparation, research, administration and productivityAble to work independently, take initiative and complete assigned projects without requiring constant supervisionStrong problem-solving, research and analytical skillsComfortable communicating professionally with students, parents, schools, education providers and business partnersWilling and able to assist with education program development, study tours, provider research and local coordination in the PhilippinesComfortable appearing in or helping create short educational and promotional videos/social media contentAble to manage multiple responsibilities, including teaching, student support, administration and project workExperience working with international students or clients from different cultural backgrounds is highly regardedExperience in customer service, education consulting, student recruitment, international education or a Western business environment is an advantageKnowledge of schools, English language centres, accommodation, transport or student services in Metro Manila and/or Clark would be an advantageMust have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection and a suitable environment for online teachingWilling to travel locally within Metro Manila and/or Clark/Pampanga when required for provider meetings, site inspections or study-tour preparationMust be professional, reliable and genuinely interested in contributing to the longer-term growth of Gogozing HR Solutions Pty Ltd and its education projects
