By combining practical knowledge with expert instruction, WingsWay supports learners in staying competitive and future-ready across multiple sectors.Role Description The IELTS Trainer (Freelance) will deliver high-quality IELTS preparation classes to learners, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This is a Freelance hybrid role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for work-from-home activities such as online sessions, lesson preparation, and student feedback. Responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, conducting group and one-on-one classes, assessing student performance, and providing targeted guidance to help learners achieve their desired band scores. The trainer will also create practice materials, monitor learner progress, and collaborate with the institute’s team to maintain consistent teaching standards and a supportive learning environment.QualificationsStrong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct diverse learner groups effectively.Experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and familiarity with learners from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.Solid expertise in IELTS exam formats, assessment criteria, and test-taking strategies.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including developing structured, goal-oriented lessons and practice activities.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Experience delivering classes both in-person and online using digital tools and learning platforms.Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) and prior IELTS training experience are highly beneficial.Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and adapt teaching methods to different learner needs and levels.
