The business continues to grow while maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism for which it is known.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established, highly successful wealth management firm and become the sixth member of its central support team. Working closely with two Financial Advisers, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a prestigious high-net-worth client base, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the client service proposition. This is a genuine career administrator position, ideally suited to someone who enjoys the technical and organisational aspects of financial services administration and is looking to build a long-term career in administration rather than progress into an advisory role. You will join a collaborative and supportive team where your experience, attention to detail and contribution will be highly valued.Salary & Benefits£30,000–£37,000, depending on experienceAnnual pay reviewsAnnual bonusDeath in Service25 days' annual leave plus Bank HolidaysOffice parking with electric chargingPension contributionFully expense-paid team away daysWorking HoursMonday to Friday, standard office hoursFull-time in the office15 flexible working days per year working from homeResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team.Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and other required correspondence.Process new business and client servicing instructions accurately and efficiently.Liaise with clients, investment and pension providers, platforms and other third parties.Obtain and process information from product providers, including valuations, policy information and transaction updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.Assist with the preparation and submission of applications, transfers, withdrawals and other client instructions.Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively follow up with providers and relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.Support the team with ongoing client reviews and ensure all associated administration is completed promptly.Ensure all work is completed in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and company standards.Handle client queries professionally and provide a high level of service at all times.Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and professional contacts.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning administration role.A genuine interest in building a long-term career in financial administration, rather than seeking progression into a Financial Adviser role.Strong knowledge and understanding of financial planning and wealth management processes.Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts.A proactive, reliable and hardworking approach.A good standard of education, ideally including A-levels or equivalent.A personable and sociable character who will contribute positively to the team culture and client experience.Experience working with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.Mortgage administration experience is not required, as the role is focused on wealth management and financial planning rather than mortgage advice.Data ProtectionBy applying for this position, you agree to your data being stored by Swarm Recruitment until you give notice for it to be removed.
