Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: AltrinchamSalary: £26,000Service Care are delighted to be working with a long standing client of ours as they look to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their team in Altrincham.

They are looking for someone with a strong administration background with a keen interest in financial advisory.You will be supporting the team and providing pre and post-sales support to the financial advisors, making sure that all documentation is updated within a timely manner.What you will be doing:General admin duties as required, scanning post, dealing with outgoing post, ad hoc client projectsPreparing letter and correspondence emails to clientsObtaining accurate policy information, including valuations and preparation of data for client meetingsPreparing simple review letters, advice reports & calculations for approval by the Financial Adviser and preparation of accompanying documentation as required.Recording, updating & maintaining client data accurately on client management systems including Intelligent Office and Excel MI reporting.Submitting and maintaining all client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actionsManaging provider application process from submission to completion, maintaining communication with all partiesComplete any general tasks as requested by line manager and follow through to completion dealing with any queries that ariseWhat you will have:Prior administration experience with a keen interest in Financial AdvisoryStrong Microsoft Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailIn return you will receive:Base salary of £26,00025 days holiday + BanksDeath in ServiceFree ParkingPension *please note – sponsorship is not available for this role*Interested?
