This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, ideally with financial services exposure, to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering a high-quality client experience.You’ll work closely with financial planners, paraplanners, and client service professionals, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.The RoleAs an IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Client Documentation & CommunicationPreparing and issuing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers to obtain informationProducing portfolio valuations for client review meetingsPreparing client packs for review and prospective client meetingsRegularly liaising with clients, servicing them to a high standardSystems & Data ManagementMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on the back-office systemSupporting compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsOffice AdministrationManaging incoming and outgoing post, scanning, printing, and filingMonitoring adviser diaries and ensuring paperwork is prepared ahead of meetingsManaging office supplies and supporting efficient information flow across the businessTask & Workload ManagementPrioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbout YouEssentialStrong administration experienceExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureConfident using Microsoft OfficeDesirablePrevious experience within financial services or IFA administrationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits20 days holiday + bank holidays + Birthday off and Christmas/New Year closurePension schemePrivate medical insurance and death in service benefit (after qualifying period)Opportunities for volunteering, team events, and social activitiesOngoing training and career development opportunitiesWhy Join?You’ll be joining a supportive, professional environment where client care, teamwork, and personal development are genuinely valued.
