This techno-functional role will serve as the primary ERP resource, partnering with business leaders, end users, and third-party consultants to optimize business processes, improve system performance, and support ongoing IFS initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and be comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects of IFS Cloud.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, configure, and optimize the IFS Cloud ERP system.Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and system enhancements.Develop and support integrations, APIs, reports, dashboards, and data solutions.Work with third-party vendors on IFS projects and enhancements.Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support.Assist with testing, change management, and deployment of new functionality.Partner with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and HR.Required Skills5+ years of IFS ERP experience.Strong techno-functional knowledge of IFS Cloud.Manufacturing industry experience required.Experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, APIs, reporting, and dashboards.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.Experience supporting ERP projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Unique Selling PointsOpportunity to be the primary ERP resource within a stable IFS Cloud environment.Highly visible role with broad exposure across multiple business functions.Strong mix of functional business analysis and technical ERP work.Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and ERP optimization.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business processes and enterprise technology initiatives.
