IGCSE & IBDP Business Studies:Exam-Focused Delivery: Teach advanced concepts in business organization, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations management strictly adhering to Cambridge IGCSE and IBDP Business Management syllabi.Case Study Analysis: Train students in high-level critical thinking, business tool applications (e.g., SWOT, Ansoff Matrix), and the evaluation of real-world business case studies.External Exam Prep: Thoroughly prepare students for external international examinations, including explicit instruction on command terms and exam time-management.Internal Assessment (IA) Mentorship: Guide DP students through the formal Business Management Internal Assessment research project process according to IBO regulations.MYP Individuals & Societies (I&S):Inquiry-Based Humanities: Deliver integrated humanities units (history, geography, economics, and culture) using the IB MYP inquiry cycle.Conceptual Teaching: Guide students to explore real-world issues through MYP Key Concepts (e.g., Change, Global Interactions, Systems) and Related Concepts.Skill Development: Foster critical thinking, source evaluation (analyzing perspectives, bias, and reliability), and structured argumentative writing.MYP English Language & Literature (ELA):Linguistic & Literary Analysis: Teach text analysis encompassing various genres, media, and world literatures to develop students' critical literacy.Language Proficiency: Enhance students’ formative skills in writing (creative, analytical, persuasive), speaking, listening, and viewing.Interdisciplinary Connection: Align literary themes with I&S topics and Business ethics where applicable to create meaningful Interdisciplinary Units (IDUs).Assessment & Reporting:Framework Alignment: Design formative and summative assessments that meet Cambridge assessment objectives for Business, and MYP Criteria (A, B, C, D) for I&S and ELA.Standardisation: Participate in departmental standardization to ensure objective and accurate internal grading.Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of student achievement, predictions, and growth markers on school platforms (e.g., ManageBac / Toddle).Classroom Management & Community Contribution:Environment: Maintain an organized, inclusive classroom culture embodying the IB Learner Profile.Academic Mentorship: Supervise students undertaking the IBDP Extended Essay (EE) in Business Management, or support MYP Personal/Community Projects as distributed fairly by the coordinators.Pastoral Care: Act as a Homeroom Tutor if assigned, supporting student well-being and university-track readiness.Complete student comments, assessments, and end-of-year report cards in accordance with the School's policies and procedures.Review and sign class record books, printed report cards, electronic grade reports, and electronic report cards in accordance with the School's policies and procedures.oom Management & Community Contributi
