As an IIB Integration Developer, you will help design and support robust integration solutions, partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver stable, secure, and scalable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)Design and develop IIB message flows based on business and technical requirementsDevelop message transformations using ESQLImplement integrations between enterprise applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systemsDevelop integrations using IBM MQ, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and JMSImplement synchronous and asynchronous integration patternsPerform data mapping and transformation between different message formatsDevelop and maintain reusable integration components and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, testing, and production environmentsAnalyze integration failures and perform root-cause analysisSupport integration testing, deployment, and production releasesMonitor integration flows and investigate message processing and connectivity issuesCollaborate with application developers, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and business analystsPrepare technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment documents, and support proceduresParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsFollow established development, security, and integration standardsSupport production incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAsParticipate in on-call or after-hours support when requiredRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field6-8 years of overall experience in middleware, enterprise integration, or application integration development, including production support, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for integration solutionsStrong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including message flow development, along with strong experience in ESQLHands-on experience with IBM MQ, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, and working with XML or JSONBanking or Financial Services integration experience, including integrating enterprise banking systems and supporting high-volume, mission-critical integrationsStrong understanding and practical use of Enterprise Integration Patterns, with experience following secure coding and integration security standardsExperience participating in code reviews, adhering to development standards, and working with structured deployment and release processes across Development, UAT, and ProductionStrong testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end integration testing, with experience working in SLA-driven support and formal change-management processesExperience collaborating with solution architects or technical leads, application developers, QA teams, infrastructure or DevOps teams, business analysts, and production or release teams on integration delivery and supportUnderstanding of banking-specific security, availability, and compliance requirementsGood to very good written and spoken English and ArabicAvailability during Saudi Arabia business hours with sufficient overlap with the onshore teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect, or IBM DataPowerExperience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologiesHands-on CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or similar toolsHands-on experience with payments and payment gateways, core banking systems, cards and card-processing systems, SWIFT or financial messaging, digital banking or mobile banking integrations, or other regulatory or compliance-driven integrationsA relevant IBM IIB or ACE certificationBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
