Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your ProfileLead the architecture, design, and implementation of Industrial Data Platforms leveraging Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) and related Industry 4.0 technologies.Define enterprise-wide IIoT and OT/IT convergence strategies for Energy, Utilities, Power Generation, Renewables, and Oil & Gas organizations.Design and deliver solutions for Digital Twin, Asset Performance Management (APM), Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, and Operational Intelligence.Integrate operational systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLCs, Data Historians, and IoT platforms with enterprise applications including ERP, EAM, GIS, MES, Data Lakes, and Cloud platforms.Mentor architects, engineers, and consultants while contributing to capability development and innovation initiatives.Your RoleMinimum 12+ years of experience in Industrial Digitalization, IIoT, OT/IT Architecture, Industrial Data Platforms, or Data & Analytics solutions.Strong hands-on expertise with Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) and industrial data management platforms.Deep understanding of Energy & Utility business processes including Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, Oil & Gas, and Asset-Intensive Industries.Proven experience integrating SCADA, DCS, PLCs, Historians, Industrial IoT platforms, and Operational Technology ecosystems.Strong knowledge of Industrial Data Models, Data Contextualization, Asset Hierarchies, and Digital Twin architectures.Cognite, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Industrial IoT, or Data Platform certifications preferred.What you'll love about working hereWe offer a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the Capgemini Group.You will get comprehensive wellness benefits including health checks, telemedicine, insurance with top-ups, elder care, partner coverage, and new parent support through flexible work options.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
