قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجEmployment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Be the Leader Behind a Seamless Patient Experience.At Loyola Medicine, our Imaging Professional Support Supervisor plays a critical role in leading teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring every patient receives the exceptional service and care they deserve.About the RoleUnder the direction of the Director Radiology, the Imaging Professional Support Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Imaging Support Services team for the region, including Dynamic Schedulers, Image Management, Service Representatives, and other administrative support staff. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and achievement of key performance metrics across all Imaging modalities.The Supervisor partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and support a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities include staff leadership and development, performance management, policy compliance, budget monitoring, and continuous quality improvement. Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service while supporting the goals of the Imaging department.Operations ManagementOversees daily operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficient department performance and quality patient care.Monitors productivity, performance metrics, and operational goals; implements process improvements as needed.Conducts staff huddles, addresses operational issues, and ensures compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.Leadership & Staff DevelopmentRecruits, hires, trains, and develops imaging staff.Provides coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary.Promotes professional development, ongoing education, and a culture of accountability and excellence.Scheduling & Resource ManagementOversees scheduling operations to maximize patient access and department efficiency.Maintains scheduling workflows, templates, and system utilization.Collaborates with physicians and leadership to optimize resources and patient flow.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent training acquired via work experience or educationMinimum Experience Required:6-10 years of previous job-related experienceComputer Skills:EPICMicrosoft PowerPointPACSPatient Safety Communication SystemUKGAdditional Qualifications (nice to have)Bachelor’s degree5+ year of previous job-related experiencePreferred industry work experience in healthcare or service industryPerks & BenefitsDay‑One Benefits (Medical & Dental)Competitive shift differentialsCareer development & advancement pathwaysTuition reimbursementEligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)403(b) with employer matchOn‑site fitness centers (Gottlieb Memorial Hospital & LUMC)Employee referral rewardsPerks & discount programPay Range: $25.7100 -$41.1400 per hourActual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
