Immigration Advisor – Dubai

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE immigration sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified enquiries into clients.The role also requires someone who is comfortable appearing in company social media promotions, short videos, webinars, and digital marketing content.Candidates with a strong background in European cultures and languages are particularly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult prospective clients regarding immigration, residency and relocation options.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programmes.Conduct consultations by phone, video call and face-to-face meetings.Follow up leads and convert qualified enquiries into clients.Explain programme requirements, timelines, documentation and fees clearly.Handle objections, negotiate and close sales professionally.Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.Achieve agreed monthly sales and conversion targets.Coordinate with case-processing and documentation teams.Participate in company social media and promotional activities when required.RequirementsMinimum 1 year UAE experience in Immigration Sales Advisory – Required.Experience advising clients on immigration or relocation to multiple countries preferred.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.European-language skills are an advantage.Strong understanding of the UAE immigration consultancy market.Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking on camera.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.Results-driven with a professional and solution-oriented approach.BenefitsAED 6,000–7,000 monthly basic salary.Attractive commission structure.UAE employment visa.Health insurance.Paid annual leave.Professional development and career-growth opportunities.Supportive and performance-focused working environment.Commute/Relocation: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or relocate before starting.Required Experience: Immigration Sales Advisor – minimum 1 year in the UAE.
