Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the end-to-end preparation of immigration application documents, including US (EB-5/I-526, E-2), European (Portugal, Greece, Spain, Malta Golden Visa), and Caribbean Citizenship by Investment programs, liaising with overseas attorneys and project partners to advance application outcomes;Guide clients in preparing immigration materials, reviewing and organizing submissions for logical consistency and completeness in accordance with immigration authority requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy;Process, translate-review, and archive client documentation, and continuously follow up on application progress and requests for additional evidence;Coordinate cross-functional communication, including information exchange with the sales team, project department, and overseas project partners, ensuring efficient case workflow;Manage case progress and document management systems, regularly updating case status to ensure timely submissions and compliant archiving;Monitor immigration policy and regulatory changes across jurisdictions, updating documentation standards and operational procedures accordingly.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, English, International Business, or related fields;Experience in immigration documentation or case management; hands-on experience with US or European immigration programs is highly preferred;Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and excellent English reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with overseas attorneys and project partners;Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility and patient, detail-oriented client service;Familiarity with notarization, authentication, and consular legalization procedures is preferred;Good team spirit, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and strictly adhere to deadlines.
