Immigration Case Processing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Immigration Case Processing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring all applications are accurate, compliant, and submitted within the required timelines.Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Handle end-to-end immigration case processing for various immigration programs.•⁠ ⁠Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit immigration applications according to country-specific requirements.•⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients regarding documentation, case progress, and application updates.•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-ups.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies.•⁠ ⁠Resolve documentation issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.Requirements•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–5 years of experience in immigration case processing within a UAE-based immigration consultancy.•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of immigration documentation and application procedures.•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).•⁠ ⁠Malayalam speaking is highly preferred.•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/case management systems.•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred Candidate•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a UAE immigration consultancy is mandatory.•⁠ ⁠Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.•⁠ ⁠Immediate joiners will be given preference.SalaryAED 4,000–5,500 per month (based on experience) + Employment Visa + Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.If you have the required experience and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic immigration consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.
