Applicants join a firm that works closely on each case, aiming for transparent advice and successful outcomes.Role Description The Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. The role involves advising students, working professionals, and investors on suitable immigration pathways, including study visas, permanent residency, and business immigration options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed eligibility assessments, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing application submissions, and tracking case progress. The consultant will also communicate regularly with clients, explain immigration procedures and timelines, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on global immigration rules and policy changes. Collaboration with internal team members and external stakeholders is expected to ensure clients receive accurate, ethical, and timely guidance.Qualifications Strong understanding of immigration issues and processes, including eligibility assessments and documentation requirements.Knowledge of visas and related procedures for study, work, permanent residency, and investment-based immigration.Familiarity with relevant law and regulatory frameworks governing global immigration and residency programs.Experience in consulting, with the ability to provide clear, ethical, and client-focused immigration advice.Exposure to global immigration systems, especially Canada and Australia, is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple client files and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Panchkula and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
