Team members work in a client-centered environment that values professionalism, accuracy, and ethical practice.Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide end-to-end advisory services to clients on immigration pathways, visa options, and residency or citizenship processes. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves conducting consultations, assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing application documents, and coordinating with authorities or legal partners to ensure compliant submissions. The consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations, guide clients through procedural requirements, and manage case files from initial inquiry to final outcome. Daily responsibilities include responding to client queries, explaining complex legal and policy information in clear terms, tracking application progress, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company standards. The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements and supporting colleagues in handling complex or escalated immigration matters.Qualifications Strong understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.Demonstrated expertise in Visas and related application processes, including various categories such as skilled, business, and family visas.Background or education in Law or a related field, with the capacity to analyze legal requirements and compliance obligations.Professional experience in Consulting, particularly in client-facing advisory roles involving detailed documentation and case management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build client trust.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in using office productivity software and maintaining structured electronic case files; familiarity with immigration case management tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are a plus.Experience working in or with Middle Eastern or GCC immigration systems is beneficial; professional fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are an asset.
