The role assists clients with application preparation, documentation, processing, and communication with relevant authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on suitable visa, residency, and immigration options.Assess client requirements and explain application procedures and required documents.Prepare, review, and submit visa, immigration, and residency applications.Assist with employment visas, residence visas, work permits, family visas, and renewals.Verify application forms, supporting documents, and client information.Monitor application status, deadlines, renewals, and outstanding requirements.Communicate with clients regarding application progress and next steps.Coordinate with government authorities, employers, legal representatives, and external agencies.Identify missing or incorrect documents and assist with resolving application issues.Maintain accurate and confidential client records and immigration files.Keep updated on immigration laws, visa policies, regulations, and procedural changes.Prepare application reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.Provide professional customer service throughout the immigration process.Ensure applications comply with immigration laws, regulations, and procedural requirements.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Immigration Services, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, government services, HR, or related fields.Good knowledge of visa, immigration, residency, and work-permit procedures.Strong communication, customer-service, documentation, and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.Good problem-solving, follow-up, and administrative skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document-management systems.Ability to communicate professionally with clients, employers, authorities, and external agencies.Strong ability to handle confidential personal and immigration information.Professional, reliable, organized, patient, and client-focused.
