Immigration Consultant – Filipino/Tagalog LanguageLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-timeWork Arrangement: On-siteAbout the RoleUniglobe Expert is looking for an Immigration Consultant with strong Tagalog language skills to join our Dubai team.The role will involve assisting clients with immigration and overseas employment processes, understanding their requirements, explaining available options, coordinating documentation, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, overseas recruitment, travel, or a related client-facing field, along with strong communication skills in Tagalog and English.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients regarding immigration, visa, and overseas employment requirements.Communicate with Tagalog-speaking clients and explain processes, requirements, timelines, and documentation clearly.Assess client requirements and recommend suitable immigration or employment pathways based on applicable requirements.Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, applications, appointments, and other requirements.Coordinate with internal processing and recruitment teams to ensure applications are handled accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate client records and update application status.Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.Follow company procedures and applicable immigration and employment regulations.Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.Support the team in achieving client service and business targets.RequirementsPrevious experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, overseas recruitment, travel consultancy, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.Strong Tagalog language proficiency is required for communication with clients.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and simple manner.Good knowledge of documentation and administrative processes.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and email.Ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.Professional, responsible, and customer-focused approach.Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Performance-based incentives.Full-time position in Dubai.Professional and supportive working environment.Training and opportunities for professional development.Opportunity to work with international clients and overseas employment programs.How to ApplyIf you have relevant experience and strong Tagalog and English communication skills, please apply through LinkedIn or at cv@uniglobeexpert.ae with your updated CV.Only candidates whose experience matches the requirements will be contacted.
