The firm has built a strong reputation for reliability and comprehensive support throughout the immigration journey, from eligibility assessments to documentation and application submission.Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide end-to-end advisory services to clients seeking permanent residency, work, study, or business visas in various countries. Responsibilities include conducting eligibility assessments, explaining immigration pathways, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring applications comply with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves meeting clients on-site, answering queries, maintaining clear communication on case progress, and updating records in internal systems. The Immigration Consultant will also monitor changes in global immigration policies and collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India.Qualifications Strong understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration frameworks, with the ability to interpret and explain requirements clearly.Knowledge of Visas processes, including permanent residency, work, study, and business visa categories for key destination countries.Familiarity with Law related to immigration, compliance, and regulatory guidelines affecting international movement.Experience in Consulting, including client assessment, advisory services, and case management for immigration or related fields.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic documentation software; experience with CRM or case management systems is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in immigration consulting or legal services is beneficial.
