Immigration Manager - UAE Services

Immigration ManagerDubai, UAEWe are seeking an Immigration Manager from to lead and manage all immigration, visa, work permit, and employee mobility processes across our UAE operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, extensive knowledge of UAE immigration and labor regulations, and the ability to manage complex immigration cases while supporting business growth and workforce mobility initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end immigration and visa processes for employees, contractors, and dependents.Solutions focused individual with a more consulting and advisory approach.Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration, labor, and government regulations across operating regions.Monitor changes to immigration legislation and proactively implement process updates.Maintain accurate immigration records, documentation, and audit trails.Coordinate international assignments, employee transfers, and relocation processes.Provide guidance to employees and hiring managers on visa requirements, work permits, and residency regulations.Oversee the PRO team, visa process and communications.
