The role involves coordinating daily delivery activities, ensuring that routes are planned efficiently, and monitoring the status of shipments throughout the day. The individual will communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to confirm delivery details, resolve issues, and report delays or changes. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and supporting compliance with safety and company procedures. The role requires collaboration with the local operations team to meet service targets and uphold quality standards.Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deliveries and priorities.Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, team members, and customers.Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets and logistics or dispatch software.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain is beneficial.Commitment to safety, reliability, and providing respectful, inclusive service to all customers.
