We provide tailored solutions from design to installation, using high-quality materials, with prompt delivery and reliable after-sales support.Role Description The IMOS Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models for closets, kitchens, and related interior elements using IMOS software and other CAD tools. This role involves interpreting design concepts and client requirements, preparing accurate drawings and cutting lists, and coordinating with designers, production teams, and installers to ensure manufacturability and feasibility. The IMOS Drafter reviews measurements, verifies site conditions, and updates drawings based on feedback or changes in scope. Daily tasks include organizing project files, maintaining design standards and templates, and ensuring that all drawings comply with company quality, safety, and production guidelines. The drafter also supports continuous improvement by suggesting design optimizations and documenting best practices.QualificationsProficiency in IMOS software and familiarity with other CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) for cabinetry and interior joinery projects.Strong technical drafting and 3D modeling skills, including the ability to create accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and assembly details.Knowledge of closet and kitchen construction methods, materials (wood panels, hardware, finishes), and manufacturing processes for modular furniture.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, site measurements, and technical documentation, translating them into precise production-ready designs.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify design or production issues before fabrication.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet delivery timelines, and maintain well-structured drawing and document archives.Prior experience in a joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interiors company, preferably in closets and kitchen systems.Relevant technical diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, or a related field.Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and to visit project locations when needed
