Oxy Implant UK collaborates closely with dental professionals to bring cutting-edge technology and clinically reliable solutions to the market.Role Description The Sales Manager South role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Oxy Implant UK in the Southern UK region. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with dental practices, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and practice managers. The Sales Manager South will manage the full sales cycle, including pricing discussions, proposal development, and closing opportunities, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. This role also includes collaborating with marketing to execute regional campaigns, monitoring competitor activity, providing market feedback for product development, and reporting on sales performance and forecasts to leadership. Regular travel within the territory for in-person meetings, trainings, events, and trade shows will be required.QualificationsProven experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare sales, ideally with implantology or related clinical products.Strong skills in territory management, business development, and account management, with the ability to grow and sustain a regional customer base.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.Competence in remote and field-based work, including self-organization, time management, and use of CRM and digital sales tools.Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.Comfort with training and supporting dental teams on product use and best practices for immediate loading procedures.Relevant education in business, marketing, dental technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the Southern UK region.
