Candidates joining the team can expect to work in a modern setting focused on delivering confident, natural-looking smiles.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Implantologist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Implantologist will be responsible for diagnosing cases suitable for dental implants, developing treatment plans, and performing surgical placement of dental implants, including bone grafting and sinus lift procedures where required. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical and radiographic assessments, collaborating with prosthodontists and other specialists, and overseeing the restoration phase to ensure optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and providing clear pre- and post-operative guidance to patients. The Implantologist will participate in case discussions, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.Qualifications Advanced clinical skills in implant dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical placement of implants, and management of complications.Proficiency in using dental imaging and planning tools (e.g., CBCT interpretation, digital treatment planning software) to support accurate and safe implant procedures.Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care in a clear and empathetic manner.Commitment to high standards of infection control, patient safety, and ethical clinical practice in line with local regulations and international best practices.Recognized dental degree and completed specialty training or equivalent experience in implantology; eligibility for licensing/registration to practice dentistry in the United Arab Emirates.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team and work respectfully with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.Ongoing interest in professional development, including participation in courses, conferences, and evidence-based practice related to implant dentistry.Previous experience in a private or multispecialty clinic setting, particularly in aesthetic and restorative implant cases, is an advantage.
