The expert team collaborates closely with clients to achieve safe, effective, and natural-looking outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Implantologist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Implantologist will perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and carry out dental implant procedures, including surgical placement, restoration, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, reviewing medical and dental histories, interpreting diagnostic imaging, and educating patients on treatment options, risks, and post-operative care. The role also involves collaborating with other dental and aesthetic professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and adhering to strict safety, infection control, and quality standards. The Implantologist is expected to stay current with advances in implantology and aesthetic dentistry and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment.Qualifications Clinical and technical expertise in dental implantology, including implant planning, surgical placement, prosthetic restoration, and post-operative management.Strong diagnostic skills, including experience with dental imaging (CBCT, X-rays), oral health assessment, and treatment planning for complex cases.Proficiency in patient communication, education, and informed consent, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes clearly and empathetically.Knowledge of aesthetic dentistry principles, oral surgery protocols, and integration of implant treatments with broader aesthetic and restorative plans.Commitment to clinical safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance, with meticulous attention to documentation and record-keeping.Recognized dental degree and specialization in implantology or oral surgery; valid license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Relevant experience in implantology within clinic or hospital settings; exposure to aesthetic or cosmetic dentistry is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to patient care.Ongoing interest in professional development, including participation in courses, workshops, and conferences related to implantology and aesthetic medicine.
